1. Acceptance of terms

By registering to become a user at Instahub.ca "YOU" the user agrees to all of our terms & conditions.

We reserve the right to change our terms & conditions from time to time and will notify you in advance about our policy changes. By agreeing to our terms & conditions you acknowledge that is your responsibility to check the website for updates.

2. Guarantee

Although at Instahub we are working hard to provide the highest quality products and services you acknowledge that this is a self serve service and you are responsible for staying on top of your business.

3. Temporary Interruptions

You understand and agree that temporary technological issues can happen. You also agree that Instahub doesn't have any control over third-party services. When technological issues do occur we will fix them as soon as possible and are not responsible for any business interruptions during that time.

4. Right to modify services

You agree that we have the right to modify our services.

5. User & Staff

The user has the right to add staff members and give access to their accounts. The user is responsible for reviewing the access that is given to the staff member and we are not responsible for any dispute between the user & staff.

6. Fees & Pricing

a. By registering with us you also agree to our pricing. In our monthly pricing, you get access to our support as well as credits that are defined under the pricing page. While our intentions are to keep pricing consistent and not change it, we do have the right to change it.

b. We require 5 to 10 business days to update any change in billing information and you are responsible for giving us the right amount of notice.

c. Due Balance. If the payment bounced back you are still responsible for paying the overdue balance and we have the right to discontinue the services and/or terminate your account.

7. Site Contact, Policies & Third-Party Websites.

We provide you with the platform to send eMails, SMS & Create websites where you are in full control of your business. We cannot monitor all the websites to stay up to date with local and federal regulations and you are responsible for staying up to date as well as for the content you share to post. By becoming our user you agree to the following conditions:

-You will not share any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, and but not limited to sexual and violent content.

-You will not share content that degrades and intimidates any individual or group of individuals based on their religion, gender sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, or age.

-You will not share any content that infringes copyright law, trademark, or other proprietary rights.

-You are responsible for following anti-spam laws and regulations and cannot use our platform/services for unsolicited emails and SMS or any other forms of solicitation.

-While we don't have a limit on the number of clients you have on the database, we reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who we believe can impact our business negatively, for the greater good of all of our clients.

-Database. Your contacts belong 100% to you and we have no rights to your contacts. You can download your contacts and and or delete them at any time.

8. Third Parties.

We do work and will from time to time recommend third-party services that we believe would be a good fit for clients. While we do our best to make these recommendations and/or some of them may be partners by default we are not responsible for any tech issues or unforeseen events.

9. Account Closure.

If you register to be a user, you will continue to pay the monthly fee regardless of usage. Although you do have the option to pay for the year upfront for a 10% discount you can cancel at any time. If you pay for the year upfront and cancel within the year we will refund you a prorated amount. We require minimum 15 days' notice in order to have enough time to stop the next billing.
